A rigid-hulled inflatable that has done the series' grunt work since GTA V, the Dinghy shows up again in GTA 6's second trailer. Nagasaki badges it, and the real boats it copies serve coast guards and rescue crews worldwide. Expect a light, practical runabout rather than anything quick, the kind of craft you take to reach a yacht, not to outrun one.
Rockstar has not confirmed how you get a Dinghy. In past games, small workboats like this sat at docks and beaches free for the taking, so coastal spawns feel like the natural guess here. Treat that as expectation, not fact.
