Mammoth's Dodo is modeled on the De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver, one of the most respected bush planes ever built. It appears in official GTA 6 screenshots and the first trailer, continuing a history that goes back to GTA 3. The real Beaver is a rugged single-engine utility aircraft, prized for decades for short takeoffs from rough strips, lakes and float docks across remote country. In the games, the Dodo has had a mixed reputation, famously difficult to fly in GTA 3 before later entries made it easier to handle. Datamined files list four seats, matching a small utility plane rather than an airliner. How it behaves in GTA 6, whether it costs anything, and how a player gets one are all things Rockstar has not addressed yet.
