Annis's Elegy Retro Custom is modeled on the Nissan Skyline GT-R, built in the series' usual 1990s bodywork, and it became one of GTA Online's most recognized custom builds before appearing in GTA 6's first trailer. The real Skyline GT-R earned its reputation through all-wheel-drive traction and a computer-controlled system that let ordinary drivers post extraordinary lap times, especially in Japan during the 1990s. Datamined files list all-wheel drive, five gears and a light 1,450 kg body, echoing that real formula. That combination of grip and light weight is what made the real GT-R famous, a fact about the car it copies rather than a promise about GTA 6. Whether GTA 6 sells it outright or makes it another Benny's-style conversion like its GTA Online namesake is not something Rockstar has said.
