Trains have rolled through the series since its earliest top-down games. Real freight locomotives like these haul mixed cargo across the country on fixed schedules, built for pulling power rather than speed, and they are engineered to keep moving regardless of what is on the tracks ahead. Datamined files put its mass above 25,000 kg, easily the heaviest figure recorded for any confirmed GTA 6 vehicle. That weight matters, because trains in the series have a long tradition of not stopping for anything in their path, including the player. Whether GTA 6 lets anyone drive it has not been confirmed.
Ownership is not really the question here. Rockstar has not said if the train can be driven in GTA 6, and the series has gone both ways: San Andreas let you take the controls, GTA V did not outside scripted sequences. For now it is confirmed as part of the world, nothing more.
