Canis based the Kamacho on Jeep's Crew Chief 715, a military-flavored concept truck that never reached production, which makes the GTA version the closest thing to driving one. It returns from GTA Online and is confirmed for GTA 6 through screenshots. Datamined specs list all-wheel drive, four seats and 2,350 kg. Expect a proper working off-roader, dull on pavement and unbothered off it.
Rockstar has not said how you get a Kamacho. Rugged trucks have appeared both as purchases and as backcountry spawns in past games, so either would fit. Take it as an educated guess.
