Kamacho is Canis's take on the Jeep Crew Chief 715, a military-flavored concept truck that never reached production, which makes the GTA version the closest thing to actually driving one. It returns from GTA Online and is confirmed for GTA 6 through screenshots. Datamined specs list all-wheel drive, four seats and 2,350 kg. A concept truck like the real 715 was built to look tough for a proposal rather than to be refined, and the Kamacho's boxy shape carries that same idea. There is no official word yet on price, dealer access or performance for the GTA 6 version. Its GTA Online history and the unusual real concept truck it is based on are what is confirmed about it right now.

Rockstar has not said how you get a Kamacho. Rugged trucks have appeared both as purchases and as backcountry spawns in past games, so either would fit. Take it as an educated guess.
It is confirmed through official GTA 6 screenshots.
