Kayak is the smallest confirmed watercraft in GTA 6, a simple paddle boat sold under the in-game brand Crest. It is based on real Crescent Kayak models and has appeared in several named variants, Splashback, Ultralite and Primo, across official screenshots. There is no engine, gearbox or motor of any kind, since a real kayak runs entirely on the paddler's own effort rather than any mechanical power. Buyers of the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition get a personal version tied to Jason, which is the one piece of acquisition information Rockstar has confirmed so far. Beyond that, expectations should stay modest. It is a paddle boat meant for calm water, not a vehicle built for speed, and nothing about general pricing or how other players obtain one has been said.
A personal Kayak tied to Jason comes with the Ultimate Edition, which is the only confirmed acquisition so far. It would be strange if ordinary kayaks were not lying around Leonida's waterways for anyone to grab, but Rockstar has not confirmed that.
