Canis's Mesa is an open-top off-road SUV modeled on the Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle that has been part of the series since Vice City. It appears in GTA 6 through official screenshots, keeping the same removable-top shape. The real Wrangler is built around a short wheelbase and genuine trail hardware, removable doors and a folding top included, prioritizing off-road capability over comfort or top-end speed on paved roads. Datamined files list all-wheel drive, five gears and a mass around 2,400 kg. Trail manners over highway pace is the real Wrangler's known trade-off, a fact about that vehicle rather than anything confirmed about the in-game version's handling, price or how it is obtained.
