The Vapid Minivan is exactly what its name promises, a family hauler modeled on two real minivans, the Ford Windstar and the Dodge Caravan, the van that more or less invented the minivan segment when Chrysler launched it in 1984. Vapid is Rockstar's Ford stand-in, and this unglamorous shape has been part of the series since GTA 5 and GTA 4. There is not much drama to a minivan, real or fictional, and that plainness is the point. It is a shape built for hauling kids and cargo rather than turning heads, and Leonida's suburbs are a natural fit for one, though that is a reasonable guess about setting rather than a confirmed detail. The four-seat, all-wheel-drive layout and four-speed gearbox on file describe the current GTA 5 version, not anything released for the new game. The Minivan's return became public through gameplay footage that leaked in September 2022. Rockstar has not confirmed a price, an unlock method or whether anything about it changes for Leonida.
