The HVY Mixer is a concrete mixer truck built on the Kenworth T800, a heavy vocational truck platform that real construction and haulage companies have used for decades as the base for mixers, dump beds and other rugged work bodies. HVY is Rockstar's brand for this class of heavy American truck, and the Mixer returns for GTA 6 after appearing in GTA 5 and, under the name Cement Truck, in GTA San Andreas. A working concrete truck fits naturally into Leonida if Vice City and its surrounding towns are meant to feel like they are still being built, though that is a fair reading of the setting rather than anything Rockstar has said about this specific vehicle. The two-seat cab, rear-wheel-drive layout and four-speed gearbox belong to the current GTA 5 files, not to a confirmed GTA 6 spec sheet. Its return became known through gameplay footage that leaked in September 2022. Rockstar has not shown the Mixer in any official trailer, and there is no price, handling detail or unlock method confirmed for it yet.
