A mobility scooter is the small electric three or four-wheeler you see helping people get around shops and sidewalks. Fans expect one as background flavor in GTA 6 given the game's detailed streets, and some hope it becomes driveable for laughs. Rockstar has not confirmed it either way.
No confirmed in-game name or unlock method exists for this one. It may just be scenery rather than something you can ride, and Rockstar has said nothing official. If it does turn out driveable, expect very slow, very short trips, exactly like the real thing.
