Ubermacht's Sentinel XS trades the Classic's boxy eighties body for BMW E92 M3 lines. It shows up in GTA 6's second trailer and has been a series regular since Vice City. The datamined numbers, rear-wheel drive, six gears and 1,400 kg, suggest a quick, planted coupe for people who tailgate on principle.

How you get one is not confirmed. Performance coupes in past games were usually bought from dealerships or in-game websites, sometimes found in wealthier traffic, and the Sentinel XS will probably follow that pattern. Treat it as an expectation until Rockstar says otherwise.
It was confirmed for GTA 6 through its appearance in Trailer 2.
