Dinka's Sugoi is a front-wheel-drive hot hatch modeled on the Honda Civic Type R FK8, wing and all. It carried over from GTA Online and appears in GTA 6's official screenshots. The real FK8-generation Civic Type R, sold from 2017 to 2021, held the front-wheel-drive lap record at the Nurburgring for a period, proof that a practical four-seat hatchback could compete with far more exotic machinery on a track. Datamined files list front-wheel drive, six gears and a 1,380 kg body. That reputation for punching above its price belongs to the real Civic Type R, a separate matter from how the in-game Sugoi performs, its price or how it is obtained, none of which Rockstar has addressed for GTA 6.

Rockstar has not confirmed how you get a Sugoi. Tuner-friendly sports cars have usually been website or dealership purchases in recent GTA games, and that is the reasonable expectation here too. Nothing official has been announced.
