The Utility Truck is Brute's service truck with an aerial bucket, modeled on an International 4700 of the kind power and phone companies use for line work. The bucket lifts a worker up to the wires, and the body carries tools and spare parts in side bins.

San Andreas and GTA V both had versions working the roadside. The Extended Look shows it in Leonida. In a state where storms bring down power lines often, crews like this are a familiar sight, sometimes working through the night after a hurricane. During hurricane season, utility crews from other states drive their bucket trucks to Florida in convoys to help restore power.

Rockstar has not said if players can use the bucket or drive it at all.

Performance specs land at release. Everything confirmed so far is in the key facts. The bars stay hollow until we have tested numbers, the same way a hollow wanted star means the police know something happened but not what.
