Overview

The Wastelander is MTL's oversized off-road truck, a towering service vehicle with a flatbed and huge tires that GTA Online added for rough-terrain work. It looks closer to a military or expedition truck than anything a normal driver would own. Trucks of this size usually belong to armies, mining companies or expedition outfits, and they can carry heavy loads through mud and water that would stop a normal vehicle.

Its one GTA 6 sighting so far is in the gameplay that leaked in August 2026, which leaves it unconfirmed. Its place in a more grounded game is unclear, though Leonida's swamps and back country would give it room to roam.

Its role in Leonida, and how players might get one, are unknown.

Performance specs land at release. Everything confirmed so far is in the key facts. The bars stay hollow until we have tested numbers, the same way a hollow wanted star means the police know something happened but not what.
