The Micro SMG is the Mini Uzi in all but name, carried under the Shrewsbury brand. It fires fast with a high rate of fire but chews through its magazine quickly, so it rewards short controlled bursts. It has been a GTA regular for years and slots in as an early automatic for street work and vehicle shootouts.
A Micro SMG usually turns up at Ammu-Nation for a modest price, or dropped by gang members who use one. Rockstar has not spelled out GTA 6 gun shopping yet, so expect to buy it from a store as the most likely path.
