Blackfin Tuna - GTA 6

Overview

The Blackfin Tuna is Thunnus atlanticus, the smallest of the true tuna species and one found only in the western Atlantic, including the Gulf of Mexico. It moves in tight schools near the surface, chasing baitfish rather than hunting alone. Its limited range makes it a distinctly regional catch, popular with offshore anglers working the warm waters off Florida specifically rather than tuna grounds elsewhere in the world. Leonida's open ocean, out past the reefs and the coast, is exactly the kind of water this fish would be found in. This tuna shows up in the official trailer footage, so it counts as confirmed. Whether it can be caught, and how, has not been shown by Rockstar.
