Animal Lover keeps its Story Mode requirement simple: step into Director Mode as any unlocked animal actor for the first time. At 4.9%, it is the most reachable of the ultra rare Director Mode achievements here, but still low enough that most players never bother. Animals form their own small category on the Director Mode roster, separate from Special and Story Characters, and at least one tends to be available early without much extra effort. The achievement does not ask for the whole category, only a single animal actor, which makes it far shorter work than Humans of Los Santos or Ensemble Piece. Most players who skip this one simply never open Director Mode at all rather than finding it difficult, since Rockstar Editor content sits outside the main story path and is easy to overlook.
