Humans of Los Santos is a Story Mode achievement that asks you to unlock every Special Character in Director Mode and then step into the shoes of one of them. Only 4.3% of Steam players have managed it, an ultra rare result that reflects how much side content you need to have already worked through. Director Mode organizes its playable actors into groups, and the Special Characters list is made up of the odd, one-off, and background figures who turn up around the story rather than the three leads or their circle. Getting all of them to appear on the roster means tracking down a wide spread of side content across Los Santos and Blaine County, not just finishing the main missions in order. This is a checklist achievement more than a skill one. Progress carries over between sessions, so the practical approach is patience: keep exploring, keep meeting the game's stranger characters, and check the roster now and then to see who is still missing.
