Majestic is a Story Mode goal built around two different routes to the same finish line: export ten videos through the Rockstar Editor, or open Director Mode ten separate times. Just 4.6% of Steam players have it, ultra rare by the numbers, since most people who touch the Editor at all only use it a handful of times before moving on. The video route rewards players who actually edit footage together into finished clips rather than just recording raw gameplay, while the Director Mode route only asks you to load the mode itself ten times, with no requirement to finish a scene or export anything. Picking whichever route suits how you already play is the faster path, since the two do not need to be combined. Ten Director Mode sessions add up quickly if you are already chasing other Director Mode achievements, since every visit counts toward the total regardless of which actor or location you pick.

Achievements unlock on Steam, PlayStation (as trophies) and Xbox alike. Cheats disable them for the session, so play clean when you are chasing one.
