Career Criminal marks 100% Game Completion, the single number the pause menu tracks across every story mission, side activity, and collectible. Only 6% of Steam players get there, rare territory that says a lot about how much optional content most people leave on the table. Reaching 100% means clearing story missions to gold or better where required, finishing the Strangers and Freaks chain, and mopping up the collectibles and side activities the completion counter tracks, from Stunt Jumps to Rampages to the various hobbies scattered across the map. None of it is individually hard. There is just a lot of it, and one missed collectible or skipped side character can leave the total stuck short of the finish line. The completion percentage is visible from the pause menu at any time, so tracking down what is missing is mostly a matter of checking that screen and working through whichever category is lagging behind the rest.
Meet the requirement in game: Attain 100% Game Completion.
