Crew Cut is a GTA Online achievement for completing a Job while belonging to a Rockstar Social Club Crew. It unlocks for 23.1% of Steam players, uncommon, mostly because it needs a Crew membership that plenty of solo players never bother setting up. Any Crew works for this, whether it is one built with friends or a public Crew joined through the Social Club, and any completed Job counts once you are a member. The mission itself does not need to be difficult, since the requirement is about Crew membership at the time rather than performance in the Job. Joining a large, active public Crew is the fastest route for players who do not already play with a set group, since it takes only a few minutes to set up.
