Diamond Hard is a hidden Story Mode achievement with a title that plays on both toughness and the idea of gems or jewelry. It clears for 41.2% of Steam players, uncommon, and among the more commonly reached of the game's concealed achievements. A rate above two in five suggests this sits fairly late in the main story's natural progress curve, closer to the finish than the start, since that is generally where achievement unlock rates climb back up as remaining players are the ones seeing the campaign through. Rockstar has not put an official description behind it, so the name is again the only real texture available. Anyone still missing this one is most likely simply not finished with the story yet, rather than having missed some separate optional task.
This is a hidden achievement. Play through the story and it will unlock at the right moment.
