Four Way

Overview

Four Way is a GTA Online achievement for acting as Heist Leader and setting the Finale cut to an even 25% across every player on the crew. It unlocks for 10.5% of Steam players, rare because it needs the leader specifically to make that choice rather than any crew member. Heist Leaders control the payout split before a finale begins, and the default setup usually favors the leader with a larger cut. Choosing the fully even 25% split for a four player crew instead is a deliberate, generous decision that costs the leader real money compared to keeping a bigger share, which is likely why plenty of leaders never bother. This only needs to happen once to unlock, so a single generous finale is enough even if every other heist run keeps the standard split.
