Kifflom marks the end of the Epsilon program questline, awarded once you complete it and achieve inner peace. It unlocks for 6.8% of Steam players, rare territory for a Strangers and Freaks chain that many players drop before the finish. The Epsilon missions arrive gradually through phone calls and unlock over time rather than all at once, and later steps ask for a serious cash donation on top of finishing each task handed to you. That donation requirement is the main reason a lot of players start the questline out of curiosity and never see it through to the end. Sticking with it to the final mission is really the only hurdle, since none of the individual Epsilon tasks are especially hard on their own.
