Los Santos Customs is a Story Mode achievement for fully modding a single vehicle at the shop of the same name. It unlocks for 23.1% of Steam players, uncommon, since it needs enough cash and shop visits to fill out every upgrade category on one car. Fully modded here means maxing out the available categories at once, performance parts, armor, and the cosmetic options the shop offers for that particular vehicle, rather than just buying one or two upgrades. Costs add up quickly on a fully specced build, so this favors players willing to spend on one project car rather than upgrading several a little at a time. Cheaper vehicles with a full mod list available are usually the most efficient way to reach this, since the achievement does not care what the car is, only that every applicable slot is filled.
