Red Mist is a Story Mode achievement for completing every Rampage in the game, the timed killing-spree missions started from phone booths scattered around the map. It unlocks for 14.8% of Steam players, rare since Rampages are easy to overlook once the main story has moved past their locations. Each Rampage drops you into a short window with a specific weapon and a kill target to hit before the clock runs out, usually against a wave of armed enemies in a contained area. They reward aggression and good weapon choice over caution, since hesitating tends to burn the clock faster than the enemies do. Because Rampages are tied to phone booths rather than mission markers on the map's main path, tracking down every location is as much a part of the challenge as clearing them once found.
