It unlocks for 23.8% of Steam players, uncommon, a shade above The Moment of Truth in how often it is reached. That percentage again points toward a moment tied to the main campaign rather than a deep optional detour, since roughly one in four players get there. Beyond the title itself, there is nothing officially confirmed about what specifically triggers it. Rather than reading too much into the name, the more reliable approach is to keep playing the story through to its later stages and let it unlock in its own time.
This is a hidden achievement. Play through the story and it will unlock at the right moment.
