Vinewood Visionary plays as the smaller Story Mode sibling of Majestic, asking for one exported video from the Rockstar Editor or five separate visits to Director Mode instead of ten. It clears at 5.1% on Steam, rare rather than ultra rare, since it takes a fraction of the effort its bigger counterpart demands. Because the two share the same tools, most players end up unlocking this one on the way to Majestic rather than as a separate goal. Five Director Mode sessions pass quickly if you are already exploring Locations or hunting down Special Characters, and a single exported video is a low bar next to the ten Majestic wants. There is no quality bar on the video export route. A short, rough clip counts exactly the same as a polished one.
Meet the requirement in game: Create and export a video using the Rockstar Editor or enter Director Mode 5 times.
Achievements unlock on Steam, PlayStation (as trophies) and Xbox alike. Cheats disable them for the session, so play clean when you are chasing one.
