Devin Weston is a billionaire venture capitalist who likes to think of himself as a disruptor, someone reshaping industries through money and force of will. He hires the crew for a string of jobs before turning on them once they stop being useful to him. His arrogance and greed make him one of the story's principal villains, and his grudge against the crew becomes personal rather than purely financial as the jobs pile up. Weston is used to buying his way out of consequences, and his confidence that money solves every problem is exactly what pushes the story toward a decisive confrontation in the final act. He rarely does his own dirty work, preferring people like Molly Schultz to handle that for him. He is voiced by Jonathan Walker, playing Weston as coldly rational even when his decisions are anything but reasonable.
