Harold 'Stretch' Joseph is a gangster fresh out of prison and now aligned with the Ballas, trying to prove his loyalty by setting up his old friends Franklin and Lamar. He used to run with the Chamberlain Gangster Families before switching sides. Stretch's betrayals do not stop at one setup. He keeps working against his former associates as the story goes on, which makes him a recurring source of gang conflict for Franklin rather than a single villain dealt with once. His willingness to turn on people he grew up with is what makes him dangerous, since he knows exactly how Franklin and Lamar operate. He is voiced by Hassan Johnson. Dealing with Stretch becomes personal for Franklin, tying gang loyalty and old friendship directly into the wider criminal story around him.
Introduced in Franklin's early missions; central to 'Hood Safari' and gang-related jobs.
