Miguel Madrazo is the son of cartel boss Martin Madrazo, and he is the one who sets up the Cayo Perico Heist. He hires you to travel to El Rubio's island and steal back files that could badly damage his family's business. Miguel is younger and less openly threatening than his father, but he still operates with the same cartel money and connections behind him. His motivation is personal as well as financial, since the files in question put people close to him at risk, and that gives the Cayo Perico job a clearer stake than a simple payday. He handles the planning meetings and briefings while you and Pavel carry out the actual heist from the Kosatka. He acts mostly as a contact and financier rather than someone who gets his hands dirty during the job itself.
