The Duggan Crime Family is a corrupt organized crime outfit built on Texan petrochemical money, and in GTA Online it seizes control of The Diamond Casino & Resort in Los Santos. Founder Avery Duggan built the empire, and after his death his ruthless nephew Thornton Duggan takes over. You meet them through GTA Online's Diamond Casino Heist storyline, where the family's grip on the casino vault becomes the target of an elaborate heist planned with your own crew. Along the way you come up against Tao Cheng and the casino's original owners, whose business the Duggans forced out to take control. Their story role is mostly as the obstacle behind the vault door, corrupt money and family ambition standing between the player crew and the score. It is a good entry point if you are new to the casino content and want to understand who actually owns the building you are robbing.
Confronted through the Diamond Casino & Resort update and the Casino Heist in GTA Online.
