The Kkangpae, also known as the Korean Mob, is a South Korean organized crime group based in the Little Seoul district of Los Santos, especially around Ginger Street. In the base game they are mostly a background presence rather than a mission-driving faction. In GTA Online they come back as real antagonists during the superyacht mission series added in the Summer Special update, led by a wealthy, unnamed Boss. That storyline is where you actually deal with the Kkangpae directly rather than just seeing members loitering on the street. Outside of that update, expect to see them mostly around their home turf in Little Seoul rather than as part of a wider conflict. Their rivalries extend to other Los Santos crime groups and to players in GTA Online sessions.
Spotted around Ginger Street in Little Seoul; featured in the Online 'A Superyacht Life' missions.
