1337 Exceptionalists Way is a ten car garage priced at $112,500. It sits right by the road leading into the airport, making it a budget option among the standalone ten car garages, costing a little more than the cheapest of the seven but still well under the pricier options with the same capacity. Ten insured vehicle slots come with it, and nothing more, since it is a plain standalone garage without an interior or spawn point. Its location near the airport entrance mainly matters to players who fly in and out often and like having a car ready close to the runway, though the garage itself works the same regardless of what sits nearby. Most buyers pick it purely for the price per slot rather than the airport proximity, since the difference between this and the cheapest ten car garage is small. It remains one of the better value options in the ten car tier.
Buy it in GTA Online from Dynasty 8 Real Estate for $112,500.
Owning it unlocks: 10 personal vehicle storage slots.
