Paleto Forest Bunker is the cheapest bunker in the game, priced at $1,165,000 in the forest near Paleto Bay. It is functionally identical to every other bunker in the game, just far cheaper to buy. It runs the complete Gunrunning business: weapons manufacturing and sell missions, weapon and vehicle research, and Mobile Operations Center storage once the garage is upgraded. None of that differs from the most expensive bunker on the entire list. The tradeoff for the low price is distance. It sits a long way from the city, so factor that drive into sell missions and resupply runs before buying purely on cost alone. Players already based in the far north will feel this least.
Buy it in GTA Online from Maze Bank Foreclosures for $1,165,000.
Owning it unlocks: Gunrunning business: weapons manufacturing and sell missions, weapon and vehicle research, Mobile Operations Center storage (with upgrade).
