Rockford Hills Agency sits in the city's wealthiest district, close to Michael's old neighborhood from the GTA 5 story. At $2,415,000 it is the second most expensive of the four Contract agencies. Buying it opens up The Contract story missions with Dr. Dre and Franklin, along with the repeatable Security Contracts and Payphone Hits that keep the business running afterward. An optional vehicle workshop and armory can be added inside for players who want to build and arm up without leaving the building. Rockford Hills costs a premium over Vespucci Canals and Little Seoul, but the four agencies all run identical missions and contracts. This one is bought purely for the prestige of an address next to Rockford Hills' own mansions.
Buy it in GTA Online from Dynasty 8 Executive for $2,415,000.
Owning it unlocks: The Contract (Dr. Dre) story missions, Security Contracts, Payphone Hits, optional vehicle workshop and armory.
