DWNPLY is a local Vice City rapper named in Rockstar's official profile for Real Dimez rather than given a character page of his own. His early hit single with Bae-Luxe and Roxy is the one confirmed fact tying him into the story. Beyond that credit, Rockstar has not shown or confirmed much else about him. That single hit took Real Dimez, the duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, to a new level, which is why DWNPLY appears in the confirmed cast at all despite having no profile page himself. His own status as playable or non-playable, and even the shape of his career beyond that one song, has not been confirmed. He sits in the same Vice City music scene as Real Dimez, Dre'Quan Priest and Boobie Ike, but with far less detail than any of them. The game itself is set in Vice City and the state of Leonida, and DWNPLY represents the music side of that world rather than the crime or smuggling side built around Jason Duval and Brian Heder in the Keys. Until Rockstar gives him a fuller profile, he stands as one of the more thinly confirmed names in the cast, similar to Lori on the Leonida side of the map.
