Bayside Safehouse is a confirmed property sitting in Bayside, a part of Vice City within Vice-Dale County. It is one of the residential bases you get to use at some stage of the story, rather than a place you can walk into and buy the moment you see it. Rockstar has said that homes like this are not purchased with cash in GTA 6. Safehouses open up as you move through the story instead, which is a change from simply handing over money for a place to live. Garages are a separate case and stay purchasable, so earned money still buys you something even though it will not buy this particular property. Which point in the story actually hands you the keys to Bayside has not been revealed. Rockstar has not said which of the two leads ends up living there, what the place looks like inside, or anything about it beyond the location and the unlock method above.
