Shore Court Garage sits on Shore Drive in Ocean Beach, reading as a base tied to Jason given where it appears in the story footage Rockstar has shown. It shows up in the second trailer as a place to keep and swap vehicles, making it one of the confirmed story properties for GTA 6. Ocean Beach itself echoes Miami's South Beach, so a garage there places this property in one of Vice City's most visibly glamorous neighborhoods rather than a quiet suburb. Rockstar has not confirmed whether players buy garages like this one, unlock them through the story, or gain access some other way. What stands confirmed is the location and its appearance in trailer footage. Ownership, cost and any purchase system remain unannounced.
Look for Shore Court Garage around Shore Drive in Ocean Beach once you reach that part of the map. It is tied to the story, so you will likely gain access through the campaign rather than a shop menu. How ownership works is still unconfirmed, so keep expectations open until Rockstar shares more.
