The Airtug is the small electric tractor that pulls baggage carts and catering trailers across an airport apron. HVY's version is modeled on the Clark CT30, a compact tow tractor used at real airports, where ground crews drive dozens of them between aircraft stands, hangars and baggage halls.
It has been in the series since San Andreas, carried on through GTA IV and GTA V, and now returns in the Extended Look. Vice City International Airport gives it an obvious home in Leonida, and spotting one tells players that the airport's ground operations have been built out in some detail.
Real tugs are slow, practical machines. Rockstar has not said where this one spawns, if it can leave the airfield, or if it plays any part in missions.
Performance specs land at release. Everything confirmed so far is in the key facts. The bars stay hollow until we have tested numbers, the same way a hollow wanted star means the police know something happened but not what.
