For GTA 6 it appeared in the first trailer and screenshots, and it is confirmed as a bonus vehicle for Ultimate Edition buyers. Game files list 1,500 kg and rear-wheel drive.

This one has a confirmed answer: the Cheetah '95 is included with the Ultimate Edition of GTA 6. Rockstar has not said if or how other players can get it later, so for now the edition bonus is the only known route.
