The Declasse Tornado is a classic-era two-door built around the look of the Chevrolet Bel Air, the chrome-heavy American car GM sold through the 1950s that later became a cornerstone of lowrider culture on both coasts. The Tornado has carried that shape through several GTA 5 body styles, including a convertible, a custom lowrider build, a rat rod and gang-liveried versions running with the Ballas, the Families and the Vagos. That range of variants says a lot about how central the Bel Air look is to lowrider and customization culture, a real and well documented tradition rather than a guess about the game. The rear-wheel-drive, four-speed setup on file for the current Tornado describes the version already in GTA 5, not any figures Rockstar has released for GTA 6. Leaked gameplay footage from September 2022 confirmed the Tornado's return before Rockstar had shown it themselves. Which of its GTA 5 variants make the trip to Leonida is unknown, and so is their price and how the car actually handles.
