The Police Explorer SUV is Vapid's version of the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility, the SUV that has quietly replaced the sedan as America's default patrol car. It turned up in the trailer in full police trim, so expect it chasing you across Leonida. As a pursuit vehicle it is built for the law rather than the player, which usually means you meet it at speed, not at a dealership.
The Police Explorer SUV was confirmed through trailer footage. Police vehicles are typically not sold to players, so acquisition is unconfirmed and probably comes down to the old series habit of pulling an officer out and taking the keys.
Grabbing one mid pursuit tends to come with a wanted level attached, so weigh the tradeoff. We will update this if a cleaner route to owning one appears.
