The Carbine Rifle Mk II is the upgraded take on the standard Carbine, drawing on modern AR-15 variants. In past games the Mk II line meant deeper customization and new ammo types, so expect this one to reward players who like to tune a rifle. A refined version of a weapon that already did the job well.
The Mk II usually unlocks through an upgrade path or a weapons workshop rather than a plain counter buy, with a gun store in the Ammu-Nation style as the base. GTA 6 gun shops and upgrades are not detailed by Rockstar yet.
