The Flashbang is a non-lethal thrown device that blinds and disorients anyone caught near the blast. It is a newer addition for the series and points to more tactical options in GTA 6. Use it to break up a group or buy a few seconds before pushing into a room rather than for direct damage.
A tactical throwable like this is likely found during missions or bought once gun stores stock it. GTA 6 has not confirmed how these are sold, so treat world pickups and store restocks as the probable routes.
