The RPG is the series' go-to rocket launcher, built on the RPG-7 and branded Shrewsbury. It fires a single rocket that reloads slowly, so it is made for taking out vehicles and clustered targets rather than trading fire with foot soldiers. It has been the standard heavy weapon in GTA for a long time.
Heavy weapons like the RPG are usually the priciest items and often locked behind progress before you can buy one at Ammu-Nation. Rockstar has not confirmed GTA 6 gun store rules, so the store route is the likely one once it becomes available.
