The Pigeon is Columba livia, the city pigeon descended from wild rock doves that once nested on cliff ledges. Cities offer the same ledges and flat surfaces in the form of buildings, which is why pigeons have thrived alongside people almost everywhere. Flocks gather in squares, on rooftops and around anyone eating outdoors, picking through scraps with little fear of people nearby. Leonida's downtown streets are the natural fit for that behavior, the same background crowding that marks any real city center. This entry comes from the September 2022 leak, not official footage, so its place in the final game is unconfirmed. If it does make the cut, Rockstar has not shown anything about how flocks would react to a player walking through.
