Give Weapons is a Player cheat that hands your character every weapon in the game along with ammo for each one. It saves a trip to a gun store, useful when you want to be ready for any fight right away. You need Story Mode for this, GTA Online will not respond to it. Achievements and trophies are off the table for that session, and gold medals stay locked until you load a save that has not seen a cheat. It never persists through a save. It is one of the more disruptive cheats to use mid-mission, since a full loadout can make an otherwise tense fight far too easy. Because it fills every slot at once, it is worth saving for a moment away from a mission you still want a proper challenge from.
On any platform, open the in-game cell phone, bring up the dial pad and call 1-999-8665-87. On PC you can also press the tilde key and type the cheat's console name.
Xbox: press Y, RT, LEFT, LB, A, RIGHT, Y, DOWN, X, LB, LB, LB during gameplay.
PlayStation: press TRIANGLE, R2, LEFT, L1, X, RIGHT, TRIANGLE, DOWN, SQUARE, L1, L1, L1 during gameplay.
Cheats work in story mode only and disable achievements and trophies for the session. Save before using one - some effects cannot be turned off without reloading.
