The Epsilon Program is a wealthy, manipulative cult built around Cris Formage, headquartered on Spanish Avenue in Rockford Hills with a second compound out in the desert. It satirizes celebrity self-help religions more than it plays as a criminal gang. You meet the Epsilon Program when it recruits Michael into a growing series of increasingly costly and absurd tasks, run by the smooth-talking Formage and carried out by followers called Epsilonists. The whole relationship is built around draining Michael's money rather than any real spiritual content. Its story role is largely comic, a subplot poking fun at fame and self-help culture rather than a violent threat. Expect strange errands and awkward rituals more than gunfights from this one.
