The Madrazo Cartel is a powerful Mexican-American drug organization fronted by Martin Madrazo, an outwardly legitimate businessman with holdings across Los Santos and a ranch in the county. He is one of the more influential criminal figures the protagonists deal with. You meet Madrazo after Michael pulls down the house belonging to Madrazo's mistress, an act that leads Madrazo to forcibly press Michael and Trevor into working for him. From that point on, the cartel functions less like an enemy and more like a dangerous, demanding employer. Their rivalry with the Armenian Mob runs alongside this uneasy employer relationship with the player crew. Expect tense, transactional missions rather than open warfare whenever the Madrazo Cartel is involved.
